With LiFE SPARK, I offer health and lifestyle coaching services that create sustainable changes in three main areas of your life:

Food, Movement, and Mindset. 



If being able to open the fridge and come up with a delicious meal in less than five minutes, or maybe have a nutritious lunch to go and skip the restaurant sounds like something you would like to achieve, then you will benefit from working with me. You don't need to be a professional chef to be able to do this, and I will teach you the basics to get you cooking like a pro… I know how the simple question “So what do I eat now” might seem overwhelming, and a trip to the grocery store a nightmare when trying to figure out what is good for your health and your wallet. But once you get the hang of it with my easy, fun, and quick tips, you will be amazed on how easy it really is. I am inviting you to step into your kitchen with the attitude of a motivated student where you can have tons of fun!

A balanced diet and physical movement bring amazing benefits to our mind and when combined with activities that help us boost our self esteem, be motivated and to stay focused on making sustainable changes, the benefits will be even greater!!

Perhaps you are a mover already and would like to try something new, or you feel that your exercise routine is not giving you the results you want. Maybe you have never stepped into a gym and freak out when you hear the word squat! Don't panic.. I am here to help you learn how to move with confidence! Whether you want to exercise at a gym, park, studio, or at home, my routines are a great tool that will make you reach your goals. Plus, I will give you the extra boost you need to stay motivated during that last rep!

Health and Lifestyle Coaching

Personalized and programed coaching sessions focused on implementing sustainable changes that will get you results and accomplishment of your goals on three main areas; Food, Movement and Mindset.

Sessions are 55 minutes each and are scheduled monthly or weekly. Can be conducted face to face or via Skype.

Movement Trainer/Coach

Personalized sessions focused on movement and exercise routines created specifically

for your needs and your level of expertise.

Angela Orozco


I was born and raised in Cali, Colombia and at the age of twenty one I moved to Miami to finish my undergraduate degree in Psychology. With a clear motivation and passion for helping and working with others I continued my education and obtained a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. By working in the medical field as a mental health counselor, I discovered I was unfulfilled in my career and in life. I realized that I needed to make a change and started looking for possibilities to grow and revive my passion. Shortly after, I found at the Integrated Nutrition Institute a new path as a Health Coach. This new journey helped me to incorporate a comprehensive and healthful approach that ignited my personal transformation. 

I started making sustainable changes and working on my goals focused on three main areas: food, movement and mindset. Soon after, I noticed the great results of changing my diet, staying active and of using tools such as meditation and yoga. Empowered by my results, I continue exploring new ways to enrich my life and the life of others. I finished my Health Coach training at IIN, learned about food and different diets and approaches, and took my hobby of exercising and being active to a professional level. 

With the mission to coach others through building a LiFE they feel passionate about, I created and became the director of LiFE SPARK, a health and lifestyle coaching practice focused to help others make sustainable LiFE changes and SPARK their transformation. I have been featured on the Yoga Journal Magazine in Spanish and at AOMM TV developing and presenting a series of videos about nutrition and wellness. Currently undergoing the certification on plant based nutrition at the T. Colin Campbell Center and developing new programs to expand my services. 

Today, with the support of my loving family , friends, and my beautiful eight year old daughter Sofia, I live a life I love. I enjoy reading, writing, and music. I move, jump, run, and practice Yoga to stay grounded and active. I can easily spend hours discovering new products doing groceries and some more cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. But above all, I find the greatest joy in singing, laughing and being seriously silly with the company of my loved ones.
